I contacted Rene as he was the listing agent on a property that I was interested in. Not yet having a Realtor, after speaking with Rene, I knew I wanted to partner with him in purchasing my first real estate property. I have a rental property in Hamilton and needed help leasing units out. I met Rene through a friend and asked him if this was something he was interested in. Usually it can take a couple months to find the right tenants, Rene was able to find someone to fill the unit quickly and took all the necessary precautions. Would highly recommend. He also hands out great calender's.
